These terms cover your use of the Surrey Movers website and how our quotes work. The terms of your actual move are set out in your written quote or agreement with us.
Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Please use the site lawfully and do not submit false information, send spam or try to disrupt the site.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information here accurate, but it is general information. Services, rates and availability can change. Your written quote is what applies to your move.
Quotes and bookings
Requesting a quote is free and does not book a move. A move is booked only once we confirm it with you. Our standard pricing is hourly by crew and truck size, usually with a 3-hour minimum, plus travel time and 5% GST. Your written quote confirms the rate and terms for your move.
Your move
Details such as deposits, changes, cancellations and damage claims are set out in your written quote or agreement. If you have a concern on moving day, tell the crew lead as soon as possible so we can help.
Insurance
We carry basic moving insurance. Coverage has limits, so please ask what it covers before you book and tell us about any high-value items in advance.
Items we may not move
For safety and legal reasons, we may decline to move hazardous or flammable items, perishable food, and anything we cannot move safely. We will tell you before moving day if we can.
Our content
The text, design and images on this website belong to Surrey Movers or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Third-party links and content
This website may link to or embed content from other companies, such as Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that result from using this website. This does not limit our responsibility for your move, which is covered by your written agreement and applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
