How we keep downtime short

The best way to shorten downtime is a plan. We agree a move date and time window, ideally outside trading hours, and walk through the old and new spaces so the crew knows what goes where. Evenings and weekends are available on request.

Label every workstation, box and piece of furniture with a destination, and mark a floor plan for the new space. Ask your IT provider to disconnect and label computers, phones and network equipment before the crew arrives and to reconnect them at the new site.
